The Church School of Prophet Elias offers Orthodox Christian religious instruction to children and youth. Every Sunday morning during the school year the programme begins in Church at 10:00 a.m. with the beginning of the Divine Liturgy. After the proclamation of the Holy Gospel, Fr. Peter speaks briefly to the children gathered in Church and dismisses them to their classrooms. The classroom lessons end when the Divine Liturgy ends at approximately 12:00 noon.

Classes are offered to children in pre-school, kindergarten (junior and senior), and grades 1 to 7. The Teen Talk group offers discussion and activities for teens.

Our teaching staff consists of faithful and experienced catechists, being led by professional teachers. Parents and volunteers assist the teachers.

Our children deserve the best programme, stimulating materials and loving teachers. As a testament to our Church School, many parents tell us that it is their children who wake them up on Sunday morning to go to Church.
